ALTAREA COGEDIM IS RANKED NO. 1 OUT OF ALL LISTED COMPANIES WORLDWIDE

For the second consecutive year, Altarea Cogedim was named a "Sector Leader" among the 823 companies and funds assessed. Holding on to its position as 1st in the world among the retail REITs assessed, the Altarea Cogedim Group also took 1st place out of all listed companies worldwide and 1st place out of companies in Europe. 

The GRESB is an international benchmark rating that measures sustainable development in the property sector. Funds and investors use it to assess companies’ CSR performance. 

Altarea Cogedim earned a score of 96/100, a 4-point increase over 2016. 

This year, Altarea Cogedim was once again the retail – listed leader in Europe and was awarded a Green Star. In addition, it achieved first place: 

• out of all listed companies worldwide;
• in retail worldwide;
• out of all companies in Europe.

Of the 823 participants from 62 countries (12% more participants than last year), Altarea Cogedim achieved 2nd place across all categories.
